These Terms govern your use of the website operated by NANA YAW FAST FOOD LLC ("the Company", "we", "us"), located at 2357 Northglen Dr, Columbus, OH 43224, United States. By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The site is descriptive

This website describes the Company's specialty food retail scope across three aisles: produce and markets, butcher and seafood, and packaged specialty goods. It is not an online store, a menu, a delivery platform, or a real-time inventory feed. Aisle descriptions, market lines and tag categories describe our business classification scope — not current stock levels, prices, or availability.

2. No order is formed here

Submitting an order slip or sending an inquiry through this site does not create a purchase contract, an obligation to stock an item, or a binding commitment on either side. Orders, prices, quantities, pickup times and payment terms are only formed when confirmed directly by the desk through a separate communication or transaction.

3. Food information and disclaimers

• Classifications only. The S-numbers and aisle groupings on this site describe categories of business activity, not product specifications, ingredients, allergens, or nutritional content.
• Not dietary advice. Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Consult a qualified professional before relying on any food-related information for health decisions.
• Labels govern. For any packaged product, the manufacturer's label — including ingredients, allergens, dates and preparation instructions — governs over anything summarized on this site.
• Seasonal and temporary lines. Items classified as temporary stands (S-04, S-07) and seasonal offerings may not be available year-round and are subject to harvest and supply conditions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to send false, misleading, or abusive communications
• Attempt to probe, scan, breach, or overload the site's infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download site content for commercial reuse without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms or email
• Use the contact channels to send unsolicited bulk messages or malware

5. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, graphics, price-tag system, market-stall illustrations and underlying code are owned by or licensed to the Company and developed by NANA YAW FA. You may view and print pages for personal reference. No other use — copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works — is permitted without prior written consent. "NANA YAW FAST FOOD", the stall mark and the S-number system are identifiers of the Company.

6. Accuracy and errors

We aim for accuracy but make no warranty that site content is complete, current, or error-free. Typographical errors in classifications, descriptions or contact details may occur and may be corrected without notice. The legally binding description of any transaction is the written confirmation issued by the desk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANA YAW FAST FOOD LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS AND DEVELOPERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE. FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM SITE USE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100. THIS SECTION LIMITS LIABILITY FOR WEBSITE USE ONLY; IT DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY ARISING FROM FOOD PRODUCTS THEMSELVES, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY APPLICABLE PRODUCT-LIABILITY LAW AND ANY SEPARATE AGREEMENTS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages or expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another's rights in connection with your use.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including supply disruptions, weather, utility outages, or third-party service failures.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.

14. Entire agreement and changes

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of this site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
